    WHAT DOES IT COST?

RPP Preseason Training Cycle

PRESEASON TRAINING CYCLE (AUg 12th to Sept 22nd)

The 24/25 Hyrox season is fast approaching and now is the prefect time to join RPP. Currently our program is in its “PRESEASON” Phase meaning we are getting more specific week by week to be ready for the demands of racing.

Coming off the back of our hugely successful “OFFSEASON” program, where all our athletes hit strength and running personal best, we now have a short 6 week prep to sharpen up.

This 6 weeks is broken down into 3 weeks of ‘Volume’ where we carefully expose athletes the Hyrox Movements and slowly increase the intensity. Then ‘Build’ where we look to increase our strength and intensity further.

After this short phase we go into our ‘Peaking’ Phase in the last 4 weeks before racing.

WE ARE ONLY AS GOOD AS OUR CLIENTS RESULTS AND FEEDBACK. HEAR WHAT THEY HAVE TO SAY

HOW DOES IT WORK?

  1. ‘START NOW’ to fill out a in depth consultation form about yourself. This will help me get to know you better, where you are currently at and where you would like to go with your racing

  2. After filling out the form. We will be in contact with you within 24 hours. If you would like more information we can schedule a time for a telephone call or video call.

  3. We’ll use an easy to use coaching app called TRUE COACH to deliver your training sessions, track your test results, communication/feedback and set up your monthly subscription.

  4. Then we work together to level up your training and race preparation. Unlimited communication and feeback throughout the program. It will be hard work but will we crush this together!
